MOBILE PHONE SNATCHES ALERT on PRESTON RD area

It has came to our attention that over  the last few days at least 2 snatches of mobile phones took place, in and around Preston Ward area. One has been reported to police already and took place on ELMSTEAD AVE on Thursday 2nd of MARCH at approx 10pm and with another one which the  victim DID not report to police on 1st of MARCH on PRESTON RD near to junction with PRESTON WAYE.

The suspects appear to be 3 MALES who cover their faces and riding fast pushbikes possibly aided by batteries. It is very likely that might be many other unreported similar incidents.

Please be vigilant when you are using your mobile phone in the area and if you have any information on the perpetrators please do not hesitate to contact 101 or the local PRESTON SNT,
